Last week I got to see both Arsis and Brain Drill. No plans for April yet, in May I get to see Dream Theater, Opeth and Between the Buried and Me and in June I'm heading to Summer Slaughter, namely for Psycroptic.

It seems like Cannibal Corpse always puts together a solid bill. First time I saw Cannibal Corpse they headlined, and had Napalm Death, Macabre, Kataklysm, and Goatwhore as support. Second time I saw them was even better, with Cannibal Corpse headlining and Dying Fetus, Necrophagist, and Unmerciful as support. Both shows were insane, the second one more so than the first. Good shit though.

Last show I saw was too long ago, but it was killer. Katatonia Scar Symmetry Insomnium Swallow The Sun All the bands were amazing. I thought the lead singer of STS was going to kill himself right there on stage. Very depressing and extremely moving. That was the 2nd time I saw Scar Symmetry... they have great stage presence and sounded stellar as well. I couldn't believe the crowd for Insomnium & Katatonia. Nearly EVERYONE was there exclusively for them. Although STS had a couple weird goth couples all dressed up in their merch.
