two classic graphic novels, grindcore, and a hdd to put it on... 9.8/10  I swear, I *need* to stop being lazy and finish reading the Watchmen. at least before the film comes out.

Nice collection, forestofdeath. Thanks for reminding me to get the watchmen book :) I recently bought the 32GB iPod Touch and I love it. Its awesome!! Been listening to Metal on it like crazy (even in Office) I was let down only on point and thats the inability to use it as a portal hdd (without jailbreaking it). I dont want to risk messing up this awesome piece of invention by jailbreaking it!

Hard drive on my list too! Western Digital My Book 500GB how is western digital working out for you alecmetal? i gave their 250 GB HDD a spin a year ago, but it ultimately fried on me. :( Nice collection, forestofdeath. I dont want to risk messing up this awesome piece of invention by jailbreaking it! i've wanted to read watchmen ever since i was kid, but never gave it a chance. batman controlled my life, man. for such a short series though, that graphic novel manages to set itself above the pack for both its unorthodox approach to "the ideal superhero" and its brilliant writing. alan moore is gawd. you'll fill up that ipod touch as it is with music and applications--letting it act as a portable HDD would officially rip it right the fuck open. :P I swear, I *need* to stop being lazy and finish reading the Watchmen. at least before the film comes out. am i just insane, or do the smashing pumpkins make the watchmen trailer absolutely epic? i feel...tingly for saying such a thing. o_O which chapter are you on? P.S. pretty stunned by all these beautiful purchases, everyone. 10's all around! :P

Hard drive on my list too! Western Digital My Book 500GB how is western digital working out for you alecmetal? i gave their 250 GB HDD a spin a year ago, but it ultimately fried on me. :( It's working great so far! I love it. Just plugged it in as soon as I came home with it, no problems since. It was pretty cheap too, $100. By the way, I don't really know what rating to give you... considering I've never heard of anything on your list

I bought Il Sorte Diaboli by dimmu borgir i really like this cd theres not one riff in it that bothers me the sligh-*test*-('") well good orchestra stuff in it and killer drumming

SledgehammerMessiah- 08-12-2008

Just picked up the Carcass - "Heartwork" re-issue yesterday. Remastered, with a dvd and a cd with the demo tracks... quite expansive. And a steal for me, at only $12. :D Asked my local FYE guy about ordering Dimension Zero's "He Who Shall Not Bleed"... $37, and that's without any shipping/ordering fees. I guess that's about the asking price everywhere though, as it's an import. Fucking LAME. Cmdistro can have "Silent Night Fever" for $6 in the clearance section, but can't sell "HWSNB" for less than $20, if at all? REAL fucking LAME. Oh well.

forestofdeath- 08-12-2008

what i bought today? 1 ticket to The IMAX Experience: The Dark Knight 1 large popcorn. results? EPIC.

SledgehammerMessiah- 08-12-2008

You bastard. I saw some flick on aquatic life in an Imax theater when I was younger. I've been walking around with an erection ever since. Must've been ridiculous to see the semi flip on an Imax screen.
